OUR MISSION

To seek out, minister to, and call out those who are the Redeemed of The Lord Jesus Christ.  Simply put – to seek and save the lost. This we’ll initially do through our volunteer National Choir by venturing out into the community and ministering in song. Our ministry focus is on those who are hurting and in need of spiritual direction. The purpose of this ministry is to serve as a means of strengthening the souls and spirits of those who are distraught, downtrodden, and who have experienced life struggles such as addictions, loss of loved ones, abuse, various types of hardships, sickness and diseases, amongst other personal tragedies and showing them a more excellent way – a life in Jesus Christ. At a time when our world so desperately needs to experience the power, hope, and truth of God’s Word, what a great opportunity to be a part of such an awesome assignment straight out of our Nation’s Capital as we move forward in the Spirit of The Lord to minister to a lost and dying world.

Qualifications for Membership:

• Must be a born-again believer in Jesus Christ
• Adults (ages 21 and up)
• Local church membership (in Good Standing)
• ALL races are encouraged to apply
• Must reside within the National Capital Region (DC, MD, and VA)
• Must complete and Pass Voice/Instrument Assessment
• Must comply with all ministry policies and procedures

Membership open for the following musical positions:

• Music Directors/Vocal and Music Director/Instrumental – Two positions. Must be able to hold auditions, draw up rehearsal schedules, select music, delegate tasks, and remain updated on developments in the music industry. Must be able to work with professionals with various musical backgrounds, and also clearly communicate vision
• Choir Members – Must be able to sing, learn voice parts, and minister with a team of voices
• Musicians – Must be able to play their instruments proficiently and minister with a team of musicians. Band members can play by ear, Orchestra members must be able to read sheet music

Mandatory Meeting:

To learn more about our Ministry’s Purpose, Objectives, and Goals, there will be a Mandatory Meeting. For those interested in joining our volunteer music ministry team, the meeting logistics are as follows:
